INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION. INDIVIDUAL IMPROVEMENT.
The ITS is back! We have expanded the Individual Training Series to multiple locations and days so that we can accomodate more small groups. The ITS Sept/Oct schedule for Flynn Rink is now online. We'll be there every Tuesday and Sunday starting Sept 13th and ending in March. Each Camp is 4wks long. Due to the overwhelming response last year, all of our ITS are accepting online pre-registrations, so sign up now if you plan on attending!
To begin the season, all ITS sessions are focused on Overspeed Training. We are working with the players to increase their foot speed through proper balance, repetitive overspeed drills, elimination of the comfort zone, resistance training and conditioning. The players that can get their skates back up to full speed the fastest will cash in on their early season goals!

About ITS:
Select Skills Hockey's ITS is a small group training camp that focuses on core skills and is designed to work along with the player's team practices. Each camp meets for 4 wks and focuses on 1 core skill. This allows the players to concentrate 1 hr on nothing but improving that particular core skill. Every 4 wks, the focused core skill is changed so that together we can build a complete player.
